Qualifications

• 7+ years in data science, analytics, or a quantitative field.
• Expert-level SQL with BigQuery and MariaDB; query optimization and data modeling.
• Strong production-quality Python and/or JavaScript skills.
• Deep understanding of analytical methods and data architecture.
• Public GitHub profile with projects or contributions.
• Excellent communication and self-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical methods to solve real business problems at scale.
• Design and build end-to-end analytical solutions from data extraction to insights.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and tooling in Python and SQL.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate experimentation and analysis.
• Leverage AI features to automate analytical workflows.
• Build lightweight apps/APIs to share models and insights.
• Own data-architecture decisions within your domain.
• Communicate results and trade-offs clearly to technical and business audiences.
