Job summary

Pearl is seeking a senior analytics engineer to build the data foundations and AI-powered tools that power our analytics at scale. You will own pipelines, datasets, and metrics used by the business, and develop LLM-powered copilots and data experiences sitting on top of them.

You'll work directly with product, growth, and business teams on real B2C and customer data, designing scalable architectures and production-grade AI systems to deliver trustworthy insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related technical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for production data pipelines.
• Experience designing end-to-end architectures integrating data platforms, APIs, and AI components.
• Experience with B2C/product analytics and defining/ applying metrics to drive decisions.
• Hands-on building and deploying at least one LLM-powered application used by real users.

Responsibilities

• Build and own scalable data pipelines, transformations, datasets, and reusable data products using SQL and Python.
• Analyze B2C, product, and customer data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Design, deploy, and monitor LLM-powered applications, agents, and analytics workflows.
• Integrate data platforms, analytics systems, APIs, and AI components into reliable services.
