Job summary

Pearl is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own discovery, strategy, and execution for high-impact enterprise products. You will drive revenue outcomes and partner with Engineering, AI/Innovation, Sales, and leadership to set OKRs and deliver Pearl-speed results.

You will work with AI-powered products, guide MVPs, and build AI prototypes as needed, balancing experimentation with disciplined delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in B2B web/platform products.
• Proven track record delivering first-generation/early-stage products.
• Experience with AI-powered products; GenAI is a strong plus.
• Ability to build/collaborate on AI prototypes.
• Strong experimentation, MVP definition, and iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product management from problem definition to delivery.
• Define OKRs and roadmaps with IL/AI leaders.
• Lead agile teams to execute the roadmap with speed and accountability.
• Release planning and delivery using lean and agile practices.
