Job summary

AirOps is seeking a Senior AI Analyst to build trusted data models, drive business decisions, and help customers measure value. You’ll work with AI to accelerate analysis across Product, Finance, and GTM, reporting to the Analytics Lead as a hands-on contributor, with growth aligned to AirOps scaling.

You’ll design data pipelines, own metrics, and present insights to executives while expanding our data stack and enabling self-service analytics for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or analytics engineering at startups.
• Strong SQL skills with data models and warehouse knowledge.
• AI-native approach using Claude Code and Codex to accelerate modeling.
• Analytical thinker using cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses.
• Excellent communication of data insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Expand AI data stack by designing reliable data models.
• Own metric definitions and data quality across dashboards.
• Lead deep-dive analyses with Product, Finance, and GTM teams.
• Build dashboards and visualizations for executives.
• Partner with CX to connect GA4/GSC data to outcomes.
• Develop reusable models and self-service reporting.
