Qualifications

• Production engineering with distributed-systems judgment and dependable services.
• Hands-on evidence of software or applied ML in production systems.
• Experience shipping large-language-model applications or complex model-driven workflows.
• Programming in Python, TypeScript, or similar production languages.
• Experience with model APIs, structured outputs, and tool use.
• Experience with asynchronous work, state, concurrency, and retries.
• Experience implementing access boundaries and scoped authority.
• Evidence of improving live systems via traces, metrics, and incident analysis.
• Travel up to 50% and hybrid work capability.

Responsibilities

• Choose the right execution model with measured performance.
• Build connectors and interfaces with clear contracts and error handling.
• Engineer agent behavior across complete workflows.
• Create durable context from instructions, user state, and memory.
• Bound agent authority with scoped identities and budgets.
