Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and secrets management.
• Familiar with AI native development tools and code assistants.
• Proficient in scripting languages and modern software stacks.
• Experience with cryptographic identity/auth and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Develop post-training and tuning environments for agents.
• Create synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and benchmark agent control frameworks against evals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
