Job summary

Atento is seeking a Senior or Specialist-level Software Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, AI Agents, and LLM-driven architectures. You will design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions, integrating them into enterprise systems for global digital transformation.

This is a fully remote role open to LATAM candidates, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, and more.

Qualifications

Advanced experience with Python and Golang.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Experience developing and deploying production-grade solutions.
Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and microservices.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments.
Advanced or Fluent English, with the ability to participate in meetings, presentations, and interactions with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize solutions powered by LLMs and AI Agents.
Integrate intelligent agents with enterprise systems and business applications.
Develop and deploy solutions in production environments.
Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and global clients to transform business needs into scalable solutions.
Support the adoption of AI technologies through best practices in architecture, reliability, security, and scalability.
