Job summary

Software Mind in the United States is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead generative AI initiatives for global clients. You will work on LLM-based solutions, building multi-agent systems, and delivering production-ready AI applications in collaboration with client teams.

You will evaluate new AI tools, design knowledge bases and RAG architectures, and integrate AI models via APIs and enterprise systems. Strong English communication and hands-on Python experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python for AI application development.
• Experience with agent frameworks and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks used in agentic workflows.
• Knowledge bases, RAG architectures and vector databases are familiar to you.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs and Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, open‑source models).
• AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• English speaking and writing skills are fluent.
• Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, backend services, and enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of traditional ML in intelligent systems.

Responsibilities

• Building multi-agent systems.
• Developing and optimizing prompt engineering strategies, including evaluation and iteration.
• Integrating LLMs and AI models into cloud-based applications and APIs.
• Implementing agent-based workflows and AI automation solutions.
• Continuously researching, evaluating, and applying new AI tools, models, and frameworks.
