Job summary

Atento is seeking a Senior or Specialist-level Software Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, AI Agents, and LLM-driven architectures. You will design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions, integrating them into enterprise systems for global digital transformation.

This is a fully remote role open to LATAM candidates, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, and more.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Python and Golang.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience developing and deploying production-grade solutions.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and microservices.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments.
• Advanced or Fluent English, with the ability to participate in meetings, presentations, and interactions with global stakeholders.
