You will partner with Implementation Managers and customer teams to design AI-driven solutions, integrating with enterprise systems and driving post-sales engagements.

You will travel up to 25% of the time and work at the intersection of Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, shaping the platform based on field learnings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience driving technical adoption with enterprise customers.
• Ability to navigate multiple business functions and technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of Moveworks platform for new customers.
• Design and build secure integrations with enterprise systems.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor and influence product evolution.
