Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Frontend/Fullstack to lead development of our enterprise AI-powered web platform. You will build agent builder experiences and scalable UI frameworks, collaborating with product, ML, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features.

You will work on authentication, event tracking, and the design system, shaping web tech used by Moveworks customers worldwide.

Qualifications

BS or higher degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
5+ years of professional development experience building complex web applications.
Experience with major modern Web UI framework (e.g. ReactJS) and building UI at scale.
Strong product sense and passion for scalable web or conversational UI products.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willingness to learn and push beyond comfort zone.

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI powered agent builder features using cutting-edge approaches to deliver business value.
Expand product reach to more customers, domains, and global markets with high-quality engineering implementation.
Architect and build Moveworks web tech stacks such as authentication, event tracking, application platform, and design systems.
Promote best practices to build modular and scalable web apps and APIs between backend services.
Collaborate with product, ML and engineering teams to enhance user experience and drive customer adoption.
Operate at startup pace with a high degree of ownership.
