Motion Recruitment is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer in New York City with hybrid work options. You will deploy and scale AI solutions for enterprise customers, partnering with Fortune 1000 organizations to move from experiments to real impact.

Responsibilities span architecture, workshops, and customer strategy while remaining hands-on in deployment and production rollout. Strong communication with executives and technical teams is essential, along with data ecosystem expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience with enterprise customers in complex tech environments.
• Ability to translate business challenges into deployed tech solutions.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, and design sessions.
• Hands-on in deployments, pilots, and production rollouts.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems and marketing tech environments.
• Excellent communication with executives and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand objectives and AI priorities.
• Collaborate with sales from discovery through deployment and adoption.
• Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Architect and deploy AI-powered business solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Build customer-specific workflows, proofs of concept, and production-ready implementations.
• Own AI deployment efforts from discovery through rollout and operationalization.
• Work with customer data models, integrations, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Support Palantir-powered solutions including SATS and Stagwell Pulse.
• Troubleshoot challenges affecting adoption and implementation.
• Contribute to deployment frameworks, best practices, and enterprise AI methodologies.
