Replicant is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Agents to embed with customers, design and implement AI agents end-to-end. You will map client workflows, define agent scope, and craft prompts and tool integrations for real production traffic.

You will work across live environments, evaluating agent performance, handling failures, and delivering updates quickly while collaborating with a focused team. A strong emphasis on customer outcomes guides every decision.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing strength to earn trust quickly with stakeholders.
• Ability to map business goals into concrete agent scope and rules.
• Capability to craft prompts and instruction for robust LLM behavior.
• Nice to have coding experience with TS, Python, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own AI agents for assigned customers across the full lifecycle: discovery, design, build, evaluation, launch, and live operation.
• Sit with customers, map workflows, and translate goals into agent scope and business rules.
• Design prompts, instructions, and flows; evaluate with transcripts and product taste.
• Wire the agent into customer systems and test tool integrations and auth.
• Build tests for edge cases and monitor production for quality and cost.
• Debug live conversations and ship fixes under pressure.
• Provide feedback to Product to accelerate future agent builds.
