Job summary

Bot Jobs is seeking an Agent Deployment Engineer in New York City to own the end-to-end build and launch of AI agents for enterprise customers. This hands-on role blends technical delivery with customer-facing responsibility inside a growing agent platform team.

You will write agent-building artifacts, validate integrations with customer systems, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure successful deployments and platform improvements. NYC-based, on-site.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to ship technical solutions end-to-end.
• Hands-on coding experience in Python.
• Experience building integrations or working with APIs.
• Strong CS fundamentals from degree or equivalent.
• Comfort bridging technical execution and customer communication.
• Familiarity with agent workflows or AI agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI agent builds for enterprise customers.
• Write and maintain workflows, configurations, and integration logic.
• Validate integrations with customer systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams.
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success.
