EY is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to build and operate long-running agent systems that span enterprise integrations and production failures. You will design deterministic or multi-agent workflows, integrate with tools, and ensure safe, observable operation while preserving user control.

The Challenger program accelerates new EY services with reusable tech patterns and rigorous guardrails. You will work in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams, delivering impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required/university degree.
• Strong software or applied ML engineering background with production systems.
• Hands-on evidence of shipping large-language-model apps, agents, or complex workflows.

• Engineer agent behavior across planning, routing, and handoffs.
