Job summary

DevRev is seeking a seasoned solution delivery expert to own enterprise engagements from discovery through production deployment of agentic systems on the DevRev platform. You will translate complex business workflows into deterministic AI agents, collaborating with customer engineering, operations, and executives to demonstrate measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in customer-facing technical roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience building production LLM-based agent systems.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript; REST APIs, webhooks, and SQL.
• Strong discovery and solutioning with clear effort estimates.
• Executive communication and architecture whiteboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery: map customer workflows, systems of record, and failure modes; identify where agentic automation creates measurable business impact.
• Translate business problems into agent architectures: orchestration design, state management, tool/skill decomposition, guardrails, and escalation paths.
• Implement production agents on the DevRev platform: agent instructions, deterministic workflows, skills, and enterprise integrations.
• Instruments and report outcomes: adoption, containment, accuracy, and cost metrics for QBRs.
