The candidate will own system architecture, implement multimodal data pipelines, and collaborate with product, research and operations to deliver pragmatic, observable and scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex production systems.
• Hands-on work with LLMs and AI agents.
• Experience with large-scale multimodal data processing.
• Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build internal AI agent systems for complex business workflows.
• Connect agents with data pipelines, tools and production infra.
• Design reliable systems with state management, monitoring and recovery.
• Develop workflows coordinating agent actions and human review.
• Collaborate with product, data, infra and operations teams to translate requirements.
• Iterate based on production feedback and metrics.
