Job summary

EY is seeking an Agent Dev Architect to shape innovative AI agent architectures and drive client-focused outcomes. You will work with engineering teams to design scalable solutions, evaluate technologies, and contribute to RFP responses.

You will collaborate in a hybrid model across cloud platforms and AI tools, delivering measurable business value while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting engagements with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 0-3+ years of relevant experience.
• Specialized technical skills in technical solutions architecture, technology business requirements analysis, and cloud computing.
• Ability to analyze technical feasibility and conduct technology cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable solution architectures that deliver measurable results.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of target architectures.
• Participate actively in client working sessions, contributing insights and expertise on a daily basis.
• Track deliverable completion, project status, resource plans, and budgets to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Support sales opportunities and assist in the completion of RFP responses, helping to grow the business.
• Maintain engagement economics reports and contribute to resource planning.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
