Prophecy Technologies Corp is seeking an experienced .NET AI Engineer to accelerate delivery of Agentic AI Solutions. You will design, build, and optimize AI-powered agents, knowledge experiences, and workflow automations to boost employee productivity and enable trusted self-service.

The ideal candidate blends strong software engineering with a user-centered mindset and hands-on experience building enterprise AI applications at scale.

Qualifications

10+ years of AI engineering and software development experience.
Experience building enterprise AI applications at scale.
Hands-on experience with agentic AI, RAG, and knowledge pipelines.

Responsibilities

Translate employee needs into intuitive agent experiences.
Develop RAG-based solutions.
Integrate enterprise systems and tools.
Advance agentic solutions roadmap across agent orchestration, personalization, knowledge management, and self-service capabilities.
Design AI solutions with usability, employee experience, and response quality in mind.
