Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. seeks an Enterprise Architect with Agentic AI expertise to design AI-driven CRM and BPM solutions in Las Vegas. The role emphasizes hands-on Generative AI, Google Cloud AI, and multi-agent orchestration across the software lifecycle.

The candidate will lead architecture, guide teams, and ensure governance, safety and scalable workflows in an on-site, long-term engagement in Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AI/Enterprise Architect or similar.
• 2+ years hands-on AI/ML incl. Generative/Agentic AI.
• Hands-on AI agents, autonomous workflows or multi-agent systems.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Architect Agentic AI solutions for CRM/BPM across the SDLC from requirements to deployment.
• Lead development of autonomous AI agents for reasoning, decision-making and task execution in testing lifecycles.
• Build and optimize AI/ML pipelines using GCP services (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions).
• Integrate AI agents with CI/CD, test management tools, and test automation frameworks.
• Deploy and orchestrate AI agents using Google AgentSpace or comparable platforms.
• Design multi-agent workflows, communication patterns, governance and monitoring.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Engineering and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Establish AI safety, governance and interpretability standards.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech (LLMs, Gemini, Vertex AI Agent Builder) and autonomous software engineering trends.
• Provide architecture guidance, leadership, and best practices to engineering teams.
