Job summary

Citi Services seeks a Senior AI Adoption & Commercialization Lead to own the vision and measurable outcomes of AI solutions across clusters and countries. You will drive client-facing value and internal agility at scale, within the Platforms and Data Services organization.

You will lead adoption, training, KPI management, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communication with leadership and regulators.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management, Adoption, commercialization experience.
• 3+ years of AI experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, analytics or Sales and commercialization discipline.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Applies strong analytical thinking to evaluate data and make informed product decisions.
• Broad and diverse function experience in payments, cards, liquidity, trade, product development and data analytics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication; self-driven and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of enterprise AI tools across Citi Services.
• Provide structured feedback on AI solution usability and outcomes; educate stakeholders on use case value.
• Train users on Enterprise AI tools and track adoption/use.
• Define, track and report KPIs per use case, cluster and country; build dashboards.
• Collaborate with product, ops, tech and IBR to generate relevant AI use cases.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and control frameworks; share market disruptors.
