Job summary

Associated Bank seeks a senior leader to shape AI investments across the enterprise. You will own the AI portfolio from intake to governance, partnering with cross‑functional executives to align initiatives with strategic goals and measure business value.

You will drive enterprise‑wide AI governance, deliver dashboards and reports, and lead literacy and change programs to accelerate responsible AI adoption. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years in portfolio management, governance, strategic planning, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise‑wide initiatives with executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of AI governance and Responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise AI portfolio, including use‑case intake, evaluation, prioritization, and investment governance.
• Drive executive‑level portfolio reviews, decision‑making forums, and strategic planning discussions.
• Develop and enhance AI governance frameworks, operating models, policies, and accountability processes.
• Partner with business, technology, finance, risk, legal, compliance, and security teams to align AI initiatives with enterprise priorities.
• Establish methods to measure AI adoption, business value, ROI, and benefits realization.
• Lead enterprise AI literacy, training, communications, and change enablement programs.
• Build and support the AI Champion network to accelerate responsible AI adoption across the organization.
• Deliver executive reporting and insights on portfolio performance, investments, adoption, and business outcomes.
