• Perform complex investigations of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or abandonment.
• Assess medical, social, psychological, financial, and environmental needs.
• Develop and oversee protective service plans to reduce risks.
• Coordinate court actions and provide testimony when required.
• Collaborate with service agencies, healthcare providers, courts and partners.
• Provide guidance to staff and ensure quality and compliance.
