Responsibilities

• Investigate cases requiring protection from abuse, exploitation, abandonment, or self-neglect.
• Interface with the court system and testify when needed.
• Advocate for older adults with mental health needs.
• May provide intensive care management to clients.
• Manage and monitor caseloads and service plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across medical, legal, and social services.
