Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to coach teams toward self-organization and deliver on Lean-Agile goals. The role focuses on maturing SAFe/Agile practices at team and program levels, with experience in leading software and product teams and Kanban familiarity.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across teams and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems and five years IT experience.
• Five years leading projects or teams, with at least three as Scrum Master.
• SP, SSM/CSM, SPC, SASM certifications preferred; strong Agile knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Scrum Master for 2-3 teams and provides coaching.
• Performs team/train level assessments and maintains metrics.
• Develops or improves internal training courses.
• Facilitates cross-team communication and coach sync meetings.
• Supports PI Planning with capacity & WSJF guidance.
• Escalates only after internal processes fail; aids team conflicts.
• Ensures Scrum ceremonies are followed and commitments kept.
