RTX is seeking an Agile Transformation Leader to steer enterprise-wide SAFe adoption within our Digital Solutions ecosystem. You will define governance, roadmaps, and readiness to improve predictability, flow, and transparency across ARTs and Solution Trains.

You will coach senior leaders, run executive SAFe workshops, and align portfolio strategy with value delivery, while collaborating with CORE, Metrics Governance, and Value Management to mature the operating model.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading large-scale Agile transformations across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of SAFe and Lean-Agile practices.
• Ability to coach executives and senior leadership.
• Experience aligning strategy with delivery metrics.
