Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Scrum Master in Chicago with 4–7 years of experience to support high-visibility initiatives. The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating internal and vendor resources, and guiding teams through discovery and planning in a dynamic environment.

You will help establish Agile practices, remove blockers, and ensure delivery is aligned to business outcomes across cross-functional teams including UX/UI, developers, and testers.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Experience with digital products and customer-facing platforms is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners to drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint activities, and team organization.
• Organize, coordinate, and track team delivery and execution.
• Remove blockers and impediments to ensure team progress.
• Coordinate work between internal teams and vendor resources.
• Guide discovery, requirements gathering, and solution planning.
• Support establishment of Agile practices and team structure.
• Keep teams aligned and focused on outcomes.
