Everforth Apex seeks a Sr. Agile Transformation Coach to lead and mentor across the organization, promoting Agile values and practices in a remote US setting. The role focuses on scaling Agile through SAFe, Scrum, and DevOps, coaching executives, and delivering strategic guidance to remove impediments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Agile coaching and transformation.
• Experience coaching at scale in large enterprises with senior executives.
• Knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, XP, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with metrics and reporting in Agile environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

This includes significant experience working as a Senior Agile Coach in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, DevOps), successfully coaching and transitioning teams, programs, and portfolios. Experience in successful Agile transformation at scale in large enterprise organizations is required, as is experience working with senior executives. Significant experience with different Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, XP, SAFe), coaching and developing people, and working with JIRA or Microsoft Azure Boards is also necessary.**Education:** A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.**Authorization:** Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
