Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking an Agile Program Manager to lead the strategic direction and execution of our Agile transformation within the IT division for the BTM program. The role focuses on driving maturity across teams, maintaining the Agile playbook, and delivering measurable business value with data-driven governance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of agile leadership, SAFe expertise, and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, preferably in federal or regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in agile environments.
• 5+ years leading enterprise Agile transformations.
• 3+ years of effective project/program management or systems engineering experience.
• Deep understanding and expertise of SAFe.
• Deep expertise in multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience defining and implementing Agile maturity models and assessment frameworks.
• Strategic thinker with track record of evolving Agile practices and organizational change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Industry-leading Agile practitioner certifications such as SAFe, CS Master, CS Product Owner, PMP-ACP.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain transparency with program stakeholders through status reporting and data-driven insights.
• Drive team maturity progression with assessment frameworks and coaching plans.
• Ensure Agile resource effectiveness through performance standards and governance.
• Ensure consistent application of the Agile playbook across all teams and coaches.
• Shape program strategy by piloting innovative practices and adapting Agile approaches.
• Drive business value realization by aligning team outputs with program objectives.
• Build sustainable governance with documented processes and risk management protocols.
