Job summary

You will lead one or more agile teams, run sprint ceremonies, and maintain a robust backlog with the Product Manager, removing blockers and driving continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Seven years of scrum master experience in an insurance environment.
• Experience leading multiple software development projects.
• Familiar with SAFe, Disciplined Agile or Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Leads one or more agile teams as the scrum master and team member.
• Facilitates sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Collaborates with product managers on strategic direction of initiatives.
• Motivates and supports team members and resolves blockers quickly.
• Creates self-organizing teams and delegates tasks effectively.
• Facilitates sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Manages cross-team dependencies and participates in Agile CoP.
