Job summary

C.L. Hebron Enterprises, Inc is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide teams and organizations in Agile practices, ensuring delivery and removing impediments. You will coach stakeholders and support the Product Owner to keep the backlog transparent and aligned with business goals.

You will drive KPI-driven reporting, facilitate cross-team collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through servant leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Scrum Master experience.
• Experience with Change Management.
• Identifying and building KPIs to measure program performance.
• Experience with agile tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Creating and maintaining product timelines, status reports, and communication plans.

Responsibilities

• Guide a team and organization using Agile/Scrum best practices, methodologies and values.
• Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and coach to higher levels at a sustainable pace.
• Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments.
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, team building and conflict resolution.
• Support Product Owner and radiate information to maximize ROI and meet objectives.
• Engage in agile delivery and lead by example with servant leadership.
