Staffing Spot, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide one or more Agile teams through Scrum adoption and delivery excellence.

You will facilitate ceremonies and coach teams toward greater collaboration and self-management. In this role you will identify and remove impediments, track progress with Agile metrics, partner with Product Owners, and contribute to enterprise Agile transformation and governance with leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum, with Scrum Master experience.
Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Lean/Agile values.
Experience delivering for complex, enterprise initiatives.
Experience with cross-functional and distributed teams.
Facilitation, coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, and senior stakeholders.
Strong Agile metrics and delivery reporting experience.
Dependency, risk, and impediment management.
Coach teams toward self-management and continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams and ensure effective adoption of Scrum principles and practices.
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
Coach Scrum teams toward self-organization, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Identify, track, and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.
Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog management, prioritization, and refinement.
Track Sprint and release progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, throughput, cycle time, and predictability.
Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers and proactively communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration and dependency management in large-scale Agile environments.
Coach Product Owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders on Agile/Scrum practices.
Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to improving organizational Agile maturity.
Work with leadership to establish transparent delivery reporting and governance.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven retrospectives and improvement initiatives.
Help teams manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
Resolve conflicts and facilitate effective communication across technical and business teams.
Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams where required.
Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to the organization's Agile Center of Excellence.
