Job summary

Staffing Spot, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide one or more Agile teams and drive the effective adoption of Scrum principles.

You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog health and predictable delivery. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Agile/Scrum, strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, and experience with Enterprise-scale initiatives across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with significant experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile values, and Lean/Agile practices.
• Proven experience managing Agile delivery for complex, enterprise-level initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics and delivery reporting.
• Experience with dependency, risk, and impediment management.
• Ability to coach teams toward self‑management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams and promote Scrum adoption.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement.
• Coach teams toward self-organization, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization.
• Track velocity, burndown, throughput, cycle time, and predictability.
• Communicate risks and blockers to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile Center of Excellence.
