Job summary

Signature IT World Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile/Scrum practices and help development teams deliver high-quality products efficiently.

The role focuses on removing impediments, guiding ceremonies, and coaching teams on Agile principles across multiple projects. You will collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders, track sprint metrics, and promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and action plans.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
• Ability to remove blockers and guide teams toward continuous improvement.
• Experience with distributed/global teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Remove or elevate team blockers and impediments.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and action plans.
• Support effective collaboration between development, QA, business, and technical teams.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and delivery issues.
• Ensure Scrum processes and Agile principles are followed effectively.
• Communicate team progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Help teams improve productivity, quality, predictability, and delivery.
• Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams when required.
