Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Solution Train Engineer (STE) to lead Agile Release Trains and coordinate multi-train integration for mission-critical defense programs.

You will develop and manage roadmaps, drive multi-team synchronization, remove impediments, and advance Lean and CI practices to improve flow, with a focus on digital engineering tools and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile or Integrated Product teams and tools like Jira/Jira Align.
• Ability to develop and manage Agile roadmaps across multiple teams or trains.
• Proven capability to lead multi-team synchronization and resolve impediments quickly.
• Experience using Agile metrics and Earned Value data for performance guidance.
• Background in systems engineering lifecycles and complex, multi-domain systems.
• Knowledge of digital engineering practices such as MBSE and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a Senior Release Train Engineer for complex, multi-team Agile trains.
• Lead development and management of Agile roadmaps across teams and stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate Agile events including Increment Planning and Retrospectives.
• Identify and mitigate cross-team impediments impacting cost, schedule, or integration.
• Work with engineering, product, and program leadership to keep roadmaps aligned with customer needs.
• Drive Lean and CI improvements to enhance flow and reduce waste.
• Champion digital engineering tools and automation to streamline workflows.
