Job summary

theprojexgroup is seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Connected Vehicle Development and Delivery Agile teams. You will coach teams, facilitate Quarterly Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops, and manage risks and impediments to ensure alignment with schedules, plans, and releases.

Experience as an RTE or Senior Agile PM, strong facilitation and communication skills, and proficiency with Jira are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, project management, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of professional Project and/or Program Management experience.
Minimum 3 years leading Agile delivery across multiple teams.
Experience as a Release Train Engineer or Senior Agile Project Manager or comparable role.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Waterfall PMO gate processes.

Responsibilities

Facilitates creation of release calendars for applications/systems and services.
Facilitates agile project/function planning calendars.
Leads Quarterly Planning events and readiness.</br>Produces quarterly reports with upcoming plans, past recaps, and metrics.
Tracks and monitors feature completion across teams.
Facilitates Scrum of Scrums and BA/BSA synchronization meetings.
