Infosys seeks a Technology Project Lead 1 in Charlotte, NC to drive agile delivery across multiple teams in a SAFe environment. You will coordinate PI Planning, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with client requirements and budgets.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in a SAFe environment and facilitating PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
Ability to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and stakeholder communications for multiple Agile teams.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps, and program reporting metrics.
Coaching teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Lean-Agile principles and SAFe practices.

Responsibilities

Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely completion.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating regular meetings and milestone reviews.
Support the technical team in SDLC processes, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements.
Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
Contribute to creating project budgets aligned with scope and key deliverables.
Identify scope changes and new client requests, assist in effort estimation and approvals.
