Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain access to SAP.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience with SAFe or Agile Methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile delivery and metrics.
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Coaches leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• Drives relentless improvement and assesses agility levels.
• Fosters preparation of Vision, Objectives and Program Backlogs.
• Ensures backlogs are managed to defined standards.
• Tracks the execution of features and capabilities.
• Facilitates roadmap development.
• Supports inter- and intra-team dependency mapping.
• Prepares for and facilitates quarterly planning and execution.
• Encourages cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
• Works with Product Management, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to align strategy and execution.
• Helps manage risks and dependencies and escalates impediments.
• Monitor and improve metrics to track value flow.
