Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Agile Scrum Master (Associate, Experienced, or Senior) to join the Berkeley, MO, mission systems software team. This onsite role supports an agile organization delivering software capabilities on a capability roadmap, overseeing end-to-end software lifecycle.

The candidate will coach engineers, remove impediments, drive best practices, run retrospectives, and lead communities of practice across teams to improve outcomes and collaboration.

Qualifications

US Citizenship required; ability to obtain US security clearance.
Ability to obtain SAP access.
Bachelor's Degree.
Scrum master certification.
2+ years of Scrum Master experience.
Experience with JIRA.
Experience with Jama, Confluence, JIRA, Crowd, CI/CD and code quality/security tools.

Responsibilities

Groom multiple software product backlogs
Execute daily stand-up and retrospectives
Lead an Agile community of practice that includes Product Owners and process stakeholders
Assist with sprint planning
Monitor metrics and improve team outcomes
Train teams on agile processes and tools
Facilitate communication across teams
Audit team performance and identify project risks
Advise leadership on organizational progress
