Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies.
1+ year of experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Coaches leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
Drives relentless improvement and assess the agility level of the organization and help them improve.
Fosters preparation of Vision, Objectives and Program Backlogs.
Ensures backlogs are managed in accordance with defined standards.
Tracks the execution of features and capabilities.
Facilitates roadmap development.
Supports inter- and intra-team dependency mapping.
Prepares for and facilitates quarterly planning and execution of the plan.
Encourages cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
Works with Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
Help manage risks and dependencies.
Escalate and track impediments.
Ensure standards are established and followed.
Monitor and improve metrics to track and improve the flow of value.
