Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO seeks an Agile Scrum Master (Associate, Experienced, or Senior) to guide a Mission Systems Software team through agile practices, backlog management, and continuous improvement on a capability roadmap. You will coach engineers, facilitate ceremonies, monitor metrics, and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver software across the full lifecycle onsite.

The role requires U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance and US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and Scrum Master certification are required.
• 2+ years of Scrum Master experience with Jira and agile tooling.
• Experience with backlog management, requirements, design, and testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Groom multiple software product backlogs and facilitate ceremonies.
• Lead an Agile community of practice with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Assist with sprint planning and monitor team metrics.
• Train teams on agile processes, tools, and best practices.
• Advise leadership on organizational progress and risks.
