Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile delivery and metrics.
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Coaches leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• Drives relentless improvement and assesses agility levels across the organization.
• Fosters preparation of vision, objectives and program backlogs.
• Ensures backlogs are managed per defined standards.
• Tracks the execution of features and capabilities.
• Facilitates roadmap development and dependency mapping.
• Prepares for quarterly planning and execution of the plan.
• Encourages cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
• Works with Product Management and others to align strategy and execution.
• Helps manage risks and dependencies; escalates impediments as needed.
