Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a scrum master, release train engineer, Agile coach, or business analyst in an Agile environment
- 2+ years of experience facilitating Agile events in SAFe
- Experience with Jira and Confluence to manage teams, tasks, events, and outcomes
- Experience communicating with product owners, managers, and development teams
- Knowledge of various Agile frameworks and methodologies
- Ability to apply critical thinking to data analytics, metrics, or impediments and provide recommended solutions
- Ability to deliver results across multiple development teams and work streams
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
