MetLife’s Retirement & Income Solutions team is seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to guide large RIS initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business value. You will apply Agile and DSDM practices, manage dependencies, and provide executive status updates while mentoring teams to adopt new processes.

Hybrid in-office role with a strong focus on collaboration and risk management.

Qualifications

2-4 years relevant business experience in project management.
Understanding of Agile manifesto and delivery frameworks including DSDM.
Ability to lead initiatives with strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
Analytical, strategic mindset with ability to deconstruct complex problems.
Ability to use approved AI tools to support routine tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Act as Agile Project Manager for end-to-end execution of large-scale RIS initiatives.
Develop delivery plans, manage dependencies, facilitate decisions, remove roadblocks.
Provide executive communications on status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Foster cross-functional collaboration across business, operations, legal, finance, IT.
Define problem statements and implement process improvements for operational readiness.
