The role emphasizes governance, documentation, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination across distribution, claims, product, and marketing, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship building/management skills and influencing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools for documentation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business owners/IT/support teams to define scope of new initiatives or determine impact of changes.
• Adhere to project delivery governance model, own development and maintenance of project documents.
• Analyze project progress to identify risks/issues, develop mitigation plans, and elevate concerns with solutions.
• Schedule and facilitate status meetings, drive accountability for deliverables.
• Drive Agile delivery approaches where applicable and oversee dependencies.
• Develop communication materials to present project objectives and drive decision-making.
• Manage project details to ensure action items are completed within NYL standards.
• Lead by example with high energy, transparency, and influencing skills.
