Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead / Senior Scrum Master to drive predictable delivery across complex technology initiatives. You will partner with Product Owners, engineering, architecture, and governance to maintain transparency and continuous improvement in a fast-paced insurance environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Scrum Master or agile leadership experience, strong Azure DevOps skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage risks and dependencies while delivering value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Experience in PNC Insurance domain and actuarial data.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps experience.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery predictability.
• Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with data management and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and coach teams toward self-organization.
• Maintain sprint cadence and ensure delivery against commitments.
• Visualize work in Azure DevOps and drive data-driven insights.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog.
• Support agile maturity and organizational transformation.
