Job summary

Aperia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, track and manage large enterprise projects in the payments space. You will lead agile ceremonies, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with SDLC methodologies to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexible hours during critical schedules. Some PMP certification is a plus and a BA/BS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in project management in an Agile environment.
• Experience in delivering technical software solutions using SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
• Familiarity with project management concepts, deliverables and techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in producing project tracking documentation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate project planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to deliver cohesive schedules.
• Coordinate with Scrum Master, Client Engagement Manager, and Product Owner for alignment on plan and roadmap.
• Evaluate sprint/release progress relative to plan and ensure agile principles are followed.
• Lead projects with proper initiation, planning, execution, control and close to meet success criteria.
• Produce project plans, estimates and deliverables aligning with SDLC processes.
• Monitor and report project status, milestones and issues; prepare EOE/ETC estimates.
