Job summary

Dev Technology Group is seeking a strong Project Manager to support O&M and modernization efforts for a federal government client. The PM will act as the primary liaison between staff and the contractor, reporting to the COR and guiding two agile teams to deliver system fixes and enhancements across ten applications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of PM experience in enterprise software, excellent communication, leadership, and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring teams and communicating with stakeholders.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Experience applying software lifecycle management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between staff and contractor; report to COR.
• Lead two agile development teams for O&M and modernization of 10 CFTC applications.
• Plan, monitor, and manage risk; ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with COR, ACOR, Product Owners to define scope priorities and releases.
