Job summary

Steampunk, Inc. seeks a Project Manager who is creative and hands-on in delivering innovative technology solutions for government clients.

You will lead project tasks end-to-end, provide Agile PM and Scrum Master support, and coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize the backlog. You will establish release schedules and roadmaps based on assessments, set technical practices and release standards, and drive high client satisfaction while removing blockers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years IT project experience.
• 5+ years managing IT projects with Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years Scrum/Kanban experience.
• Ability to establish credibility with clients and influence outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in complex engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead project tasking and delivery in government client consulting.
• Provide Agile PM and Scrum Master support.
• Coordinate backlog prioritization with product owners and stakeholders.
• Create release schedules and roadmaps based on assessments.
• Establish technical practices and release management standards.
