Steampunk is seeking a Project Manager for an on-site, full-time role in McLean, VA, delivering innovative technology solutions in a government client environment.

You will lead agile teams, provide Scrum Master support, and coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to drive backlog prioritization, releases, and roadmaps while ensuring high client satisfaction and staff development.

Qualifications

• U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance required or able to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years IT project management experience.
• 5+ years of agile project management with Scrum/Kanban.
• PMP and Scrum Master certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across the full lifecycle in a government client setting.
• Provide Agile Project Management and Scrum Master support for teams.
• Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog.
• Create release schedules and roadmaps aligned with assessments.
